Leco Convenience Food is working with sous vide products for restaurant, cafés and industrial kitchens in the North.


The company is the only one in Denmark that offers to improve meat by the sous vide method for restaurants, cafés and industrial kitchens. By using the sous vide method you improve more than just the quality and taste of the meat, you also ensure a safe cooking procedure with focus on food safety and reduction of food waste.

Directly translated sous vide means “under vacuum”. It is a method of cooking in which food is sealed in airtight plastic bags, cooked in a controlled temperature and then directly placed in a water bath afterwards. Because of the method the product gains a long expiration date and is also faster to prepare.

Leco Convinience Food offers a variety of different foods, and is also certified organic.
