ViaBill has developed an easy payment solution for online commerce that allows the consumer to divide the payment into installments without interest or fees for purchases of up to DKK 2,000.

 ViaBill was founded in 2009 and is based in Aarhus. CAPNOVA invested in the company in 2010 and sold its shares in 2014.

Today, ViaBill’s system generates more than 50,000 online transactions each month, and the company’s payment solution can be selected at more than 4,000 webshops, including Stylepit.com and Hungry.dk.

ViaBill is valued by customers and the company has the highest possible rating on Trustpilot.dk (‘Excellent’) and a score of 9.2 out of 10 possible points based on 11.000+ reviews (Trustpilot.dk, 20.02.2018).

In the fiscal year 2016/17, ViaBill had revenue of DKK 44.3 million and a profit after tax of more than DKK 11 million.

The staff has grown significantly since ViaBill was founded, and currently has 40 employees.

ViaBill is now focusing on the US market, and Nordic Scalers, a mentoring network that includes people behind IT successes such as Endomondo and sitecore, have helped the company. In February 2019, Viabill received DKK 65 million from foreign venture funds.
